Keku~

It's baking week!

First mom baked a coffee layer cake. This time it's not as good as previous coffee cakes because it hardly tasted coffee. The coffee we used wasn't Nescafe's, it's (what brand i forgot d), which had less coffee taste, not as strong as Nescafe. Then mom poured a little more milk than she should, so it made a milk cake rather than a coffee cake in the end.

I baked butter cake this afternoon, the easiest baked cake in the world. I only baked it with three eggs, so it's small that can only last for two days. The cake was put into the oven for fifteen minutes only did i realized i forgot to pour the baking powder. Luckily it's thin so the missing of baking powder didn't do any harm on it. Phew.... In the end it turned out exactly what i wanted it to be, light sweet, many chocolate rice, less raisins (dad and mom like raisins and i don't), best eaten a while after baked while it's hot.

Great i gain some more pounds.

yesh butter cake is nicest when fresh out of oven!! no need put raisin lah! my mum always make butter cake when we got leftover butter from other cake and cookie, hahaha forgot baking powder? oh well should done much harm if the flour is self raising one or u didn't really bake a big cake

finally it didn't even last for two days... i went back home this evening and found out that there're none left... sigh.... haven't eaten for a piece today... raisin.... used to it liao if don put feel very weird, kosong... but don't like it to be as many as how my mom put it...so~
